Week 29 (MAR 17 – 21, 2008)

Parent conferences

Parent conferences will be held Wednesday, 4 – 8 p.m. and Thursday, noon – 4 p.m.

All final progress reports containing your student’s grades for the third quarter will be sent home Monday. The fourth quarter begins today.

Spring break for students runs from Thursday, March 20 through Sunday, March 30.

Due to the shortened week, there will be no homework or testing in any of my language arts classes. My math class will have nightly homework.

Each week, parents should look for these two things:

  • *This Week’s Assignments (in the sidebar on the right), and
  • the current issue of my classroom newsletter, Mr. T’s Tattler

Absolutely no nuts, raspberries, pineapple, or baked goods containing milk in the classroom at anytime. This includes products your kids bring in daily for their snack. Airborne particles and residue on hands, clothing, desks, and in waste containers are of dire concern. Thanks for your help.

No Snack Helpers this week.

Math 54. Problem sets 93 – 95 will be due as homework this week. They will not test this week.

Shurley Grammar. Students will continue classifying pattern 3 sentences. There will be no quiz this week.
